Cheap Chick are totally thrilled to be playing a really really great show - On The Waterfront in Rockford, IL on 9/2/05 - the day AFTER Cheap Trick!
We'll be on the Oasis stage starting at 7:15 playing some of your favorites and some songs that Cheap Trick themselves rarely play.. plus some more surprises!!!  We'll be doing an in-store appearance at Lula's Vintage Boutique in Rockford on 9/1 at 6PM and might be doing a radio show on Friday morning! I'm really happy for you girls, I know it'll be great!
The Dream Police were playing there (I think it was 1991) and we were having Miles' band opening for us. My parents had never seen me play onstage, so my (at that time) wife surprised me by having my folks show up. I was so thrilled, and Rick and his family were all out there in the stands.... and right after Miles' band finished (and I mean like, 3 minutes after when we were starting to gear up to move things onstage), the heavens opened up with fierce winds... the night got rained ou!!!! We were SO pissed... and you know, to this day my folks (now in their 80's) still never got the chance to see me play.... Enough of that sob story - kick some major league ass and have fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The "Ex" Rick |

Pammy & company, that will be a great place to have a show and I know that you guys will kick total ass! that would be so cool if you had a suprise guest or two from the nite b4 come up on stage to play a song or 3! we want pics!!!
